Could I pay them to keep it undelivered?

I don’t want AI siri but I’ll be damned if I don’t get my $3 or whatever

$25-95 per phone per the article… is it enough?

That’s probably an eighth of their marketing budget for these ads. Not a single fuck was given by one of the wealthiest companies in the world.

Sweet I can use the settlement to buy ram or a hard drive. Oh wait……

That’s because it is merely a legal system now. There appears to be no justice.

Honestly, they can keep the money if they avoid anymore work on “Apple Intelligence.”

They think that would cost them significantly more that 250m.

Keep it and fuck off

Even if it had existed and replied with an answer, we all know it would be a giant fucking gamble. To rely on it you have to be a giant fucking moron, although who else sings “I am genius” to themselves

$240 million to the lawyers

cool. so we get $25 back on a $1000 phone that didn’t do what they said it would do.

this world, man. this world.

You wont, the lawyers will. You will have to jump through endless hoops for $8

Na, just app store credit. Which they take 30% of. /s (probably?)

Way cheaper than actually producing the promised product.

They can keep it if they promise to continue not delivering ai Siri.

I am an iPhone user, for 250USD million I’ll pretend to be heartbroken for the lack of AI in Siri.

Your tears will net you approximately 30¢ of that $250 mil. Congrats!

straight into an in app transaction

How much did they make selling incomplete devices?

The proposed settlement would apply to people in the US who purchased all models of the iPhone 16 and the iPhone 15 Pro between June 10th, 2024 and March 29th, 2025.

People who submit qualifying claims can receive $25 for each eligible device, “which may decrease or increase up to $95 per device, depending on claim volume and other factors,” according to Clarkson Law Firm, the legal team behind the class action lawsuit.

Wow I qualify for this, bought my son an iphone 16. How do I collect?

I would start by clicking the second link in the previous post, the one for the law firm handling this. They should tell you there how to participate.

The second link that I have cited brings you to the law firm, there is more information who is eligible and how to participate
