Sure, the Russians are taking hundreds of square kilometers every month... of the endless Eurasian steppe. Since the initial dash on Kyiv failed it really hasn't been a war won or lost on territory.

Russia did a long push forward near Pokrovsk recently and Ukraine counterattacked, cutting off the troops in the uh-oh section.
