The future of Blue Beetle in James Gunn's DCU

It's been a little while but the film was largely self contained and didn't use/kill off any major characters.

I think if the casting is right, keeping Xolo Maridueña makes sense. I'm guessing that would also extend to the larger family as well, who I'm sure would be onboard to stick around. Although they may not be needed if the Blue Beetle is stepping into the larger metahuman world.
