Ah. Round here we have Everclear for that. 180 proof straight grain alcohol. It'll peel the paint off your walls at 40 paces and it mixes like shit with everything, but if you need to get a dozen people piss drunk for less than $10 it would definitely get that done.
Switch to plastic bottles was a mistake. Just doesn't taste the same. Furthermore it's just depressing, instead of kind of cool as well as depressing, as such were the glass bottles.

We use to race drinking OE 40s. Take one straight to the head less than 30 seconds. If I recall it was like 15-20 secs and it was gone.

Yank special brew is called malt liquor, sits between 5% and 12% abv, and is typically sold in 40oz bottles.
