Based on the dead heroes scene,
It’s clear Gunn doesn’t view Batman as wearing blue and gray.
However based on the rooftop scene those colors can certainly be part of the Batman vibe.
Obviously things can change. I don’t have any opinion on the color of Batman’s outfit (within reason). If Gunn thinks the blue and gray looks good, do that. I think colorful fits the overall vibe and matches with the Superman vibe, but maybe he changes outfits to fit the environment or film.
