I get the sense that we’re not quite done with Lex in Peacemaker. During Superman they made it VERY clear that he was heading to Belle Reve.
Now he’s being moved to Van Kull Prison.
It was a very convenient setup for Rick Flag Sr to have Lex go to Belle Reve, but moving to Van Kull Prison tells us nothing. So I’m guessing we’re going to see Lex in Van Kull before the season is over.

Yeah, I’m guessing he’s moved there either so he can escape easily or because it’s less secure so he can do what’s needed to help Flag Sr without too many eyes on him which will ultimately get him a pardon or something.
Either way, he needs to be out so he can do the team up with Supes in the next one.
